About Me
I qualified as a Reflexologist in 2004 having trained at the Philip Salmon School of Reflexology in London and have been a Full Member of the Association of Reflexologists since then. I am registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council and I am also a member of Fedant (Federation of Antenatal Educators – member number 12016).
Having undertaken part of my training whilst pregnant, it was easy to decide which area of Reflexology I wanted to specialise in and in 2005 I completed Suzanne Enzer’s Maternity Reflexology course. Suzanne Enzer is a former midwife and one of the leading Maternity Reflexologist in the UK (if not the world) and has been teaching her techniques globally for many years. The course covers many subjects including pre-conception, pregnancy, birthing and postnatal Reflexology for mum and baby. I found the course particularly interesting as I was expecting my second child at the time and could really relate to and appreciate the content.
I regularly attend and help run Pregnancy Information Evenings in Medway and Maidstone in which various healthcare professionals are on hand to give advice and information to the public, free of charge, on matters concerning pre-conceptual, pregnancy and post-natal care.
I enjoy keeping up to date with my CPD points by attending various courses and conferences to keep my skills fresh and learn new techniques to further benefit my clients.
