DIY Facelift Workshop

One of the most common questions my facial reflexology clients and friends ask is “Is there anything I can do help get rid of these lines” – while pointing to some part of their face.  And a couple of clients asked me to create a workshop giving some advice, techniques and secrets and so I’ve created my DIY Facelift Workshop.

The workshop lasts around 1 ½ to 2 hours and includes detailed instructions on 10 different facelift and reflexology techniques to help you look and feel your best.  The techniques will not only help stimulate collagen and elastin to tighten, plump and sculpt your face but if done regularly, also potentially help ease stress and help you feel better on the inside too.  It’s not just a beauty workshop as I also show participants techniques to ease minor health issues through the facial reflexes.

The workshop costs £35 and participants receive a course booklet with step by step, easy to follow instructions, Guasha jade tool, Neal’s Yard Organics Samples, money off treatment voucher and access to my secret Facebook group of videos and advice on all things facial reflexology and aging well naturally to improve your well being.

The next course will take place on Saturday 25th November at Southcote Proactive Healthcare in the spacious studio.  There is plenty of free parking onsite.

These small workshops are lots of fun, so grab a friend and learn how to make yourself look your best and banish winter skin, all in time for Christmas. And of course, if you want that extra bit of luxurious pampering, you can still have regular Zone Face Lift or Japanese Cosmo Facelift treatments with me.

Please contact me with any questions or if you’d like to book onto a workshop soon.
