Biohacking for Teenagers

Launching Spring 2019…my new Reflexology Biohacking Workshop for Teenagers

Being a teenager can often be tough… maybe more so now than ever before.  For years I’ve been teaching children and teenagers self help hand and facial reflexology techniques in a one to one setting.  And now I can  share these useful, effective and empowering reflexology routines in a fun and relaxed group setting.

In this enjoyable 90 minute workshop you’ll learn some very simple and easy to use  reflexology techniques to biohack your health, body and mind.  Biohacking is a crazy sounding name for something very simple – making changes to your lifestyle, or doing something for yourself, in order to “hack” your body’s biology and feel your best.  Self care Reflexology will help keep you calm under pressure and relieve some of the stress and anxiety that you might experience around exam time or if you’re going through a tough time and finding life a bit overwhelming.

Some things reflexology may help with include:

Sleep Problems

Anxiety

Mood Swings

Headaches

Stress

Concentration

Relaxation

Worry

Exam Nerves

Growing pains (and pain in general)

The techniques won’t magic away all your worries but will hopefully be a little tool you can use regularly or when needed to help you feel in control and worry less.

Here’s a link to my two minute YouTube video explaining a bit more about what to expect.

The workshops are run in small groups where you’ll receive full, easy to follow instructions, a manual of the techniques, links to video instructions and a little goodie bag of stuff you might find useful.

Email me if you have any questions and I look forward to seeing you sometime soon.
