WONDERFUL WOMEN

And how Reflexology can help....

Women benefit from Reflexology through all the various life, hormonal and body changes they experience throughout their lives.  It’s particularly supportive during periods of change.  Reflexology has a great reputation for balancing hormones and improving mood and wellbeing from puberty and the start of menstruation, through trying to conceive and fertility issues, during pregnancy and around peri-menopause and the menopause.

HOW IT CAN HELP

ME, MY MUM AND MY DAUGHTER

Women receive reflexology for all sorts of reasons with many having regular sessions simply because they enjoy it and it’s the only time they truly switch off and relax.  Others may seek help to ease menstrual or hormonal problems such as irregular or painful periods, hot flushes or pre-menstrual stress.

If the hormonal system is out of balance, all aspects of life can be affected.  Insomnia, fatigue, brain fog, low libido, irritability, anxiety and low mood can follow. Reflexology can ease symptoms by helping the body regain balance.  Depending on your needs, a course of treatments may be beneficial.   Foot or facial reflexology may be recommended or a combination of both.  And it’s ok if you have a preference as both work in the same way.  After a treatment you’ll feel deeply relaxed with lowered stress levels and a reduction in the associated symptoms should follow.
