Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations so I can offer your appointment to someone else as I have a wait list.
If less than 24 hours notice is given (for a non-emergency reason) or you do not attend your appointment, full payment will be required. Late cancellations or DNA’s deprive others of a treatment when they may be in need. Also, I may ask you to pay for your next session in advance to secure your appointment.
I fully appreciate, understand and empathise about life’s emergencies and any late cancellations will be considered but I hope you understand that this is a business like any other. Huge thanks for your consideration.
