Terms and Conditions and Cancellation policy
Please give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations so I can offer your appointment to someone else as I often have a wait list.
If less than 24 hours notice is given (for a non-emergency reason) or you do not attend your appointment, full payment will be required. Late cancellations or appointments not attended deprive others of a treatment when they may be in need. You may be required to pay for your next session in advance to secure your appointment.
New clients, when booking online, are required to pay for appointments in full in advance.
I fully appreciate, understand and empathize about life’s emergencies and any late cancellations will be considered but I hope you appreciate that this is a business like any other.
